DO NOT STAY HERE!!! very dirty and disgusting!

This hotel was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. The room was disgusting and smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. It was not clean. We did not feel safe staying at this hotel, the other occupants made us feel very nervous and we feared for our safety. We are very loyal customers to hotels.com and we believe this hotel needs to be taken off your list of options. We did not even stay a full night as we could not sleep due to the fact it was so dirty and disgusting. We wish we could receive a refund but we were so tired from traveling across the country that we just moved on to our next destination. It was a complete waste of money.

Room stunk terribly, filthy waffle maker.

The smell in the room was so bad. Also the breakfast had a very poor selection and the waffle maker had extreme grime and caked on grease and batter. After having a room with such stench and seeing the waffle maker, we left without eating the complimentary breakfast. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
This was the waffle maker. Disgusting and the room stunk like urine.

Too much noise!!

I stayed for 3 days for business. They are doing construction so limited parking. When i asked if i could move, i was told the quiet side was for the construction crew. Also, there was no notification about the construction given before i checked in or on the website.

Construction workers type motel- it is not a hotel. One bed was comfortable. Towels were like sandpaper & 1 per person. Shower felt great- hot water. Non smoking but several cigarette holes in bedspread. Okay for one short nite stay.

My friend and I arrived late afternoon on May 5th. We left May 9th. In all this time our sheets were not changed. It was chilly the days we stayed. Management refused to have the wall unit serviced. Management was impersonal towards us. The cleaning crew was absolutely terrible. She always seemed to be in a bad mood and did not speak good English. I will not ever stay with this motel again!!!

The room had a horrible odor, a sink that wouldn't drain, a toilet that leaked, the bathtub was peeling and cracked and the refrigerator had broken shelves in it. About the only thing that wasn't horrible were the beds they were somewhat decent.

On the plus side, the bed was extremely comfortable. A big con, the parking lot was in horrible shape. Numerous and deep pot holes made for challenging driving through the lot. The rooms on the back side of the hotel could only be accessed by driving (very cautiously) completely around the building because the lot was so dug up.

Save your money go somewhere else

I have been staying at this hotel off and on since 2017 when I come to town to visit family and wow, it has really gone down hill very fast. It’s never been the best but it’s always been exactly what you would expect out of a “quality” inn which means it’s always been on the lower end of middle of the path if that makes sense. However, this might actually be my last trip there especially for $100 a night. For years I’ve been paying between $55-$75 MAX and all of the sudden they’re classifying themselves as a hotel that’s worth over $100 per night. Insane. The bath tub was literally ripped. Like I don’t even know how to explain it, literally looks ripped/torn. Bizarre. The parking lot is also completely busted up and there is green bubbling water in the big hole - I don’t even know what that could be. But whatever you’re doing outside you need to speed up the process and finish it up. I was there in January, here it is, now May 1st and there has been ZERO progress. Actually, it may be worse now. The “non smoking” room smelled like an ashtray. Like why would you even have smoking rooms to begin with. People can go outside and smoke for the little time they are there. Like this hotel is becoming worse than the Motel 6 down the way and I thought that place was the worst in town…..this is becoming the kind of place where you’d take a prostitute and pay by the hour, the only difference is, now it’s expensive. Oh, by the way, your new coffee maker is broken. Bed was comfortable.

A very bad experience, the hotel is in very poor condition and the photos on the website do not show the reality on site, starting with the entrance to the parking lot which is completely destroyed due to underground drainage work, the main entrance porte cochere is not accessible to vehicles and gives the impression that it is going to fall down at any moment since the columns that support it are bent, in addition the hygiene in the rooms leaves much to be desired since I found some bugs in my room which made me leave early and I had to make a reservation at a neighboring hotel.
