I didn't appreciate the cleaning woman Tish putting ripped sheets on the bed. I immediately saw the torn sheet when I pulled back the cover. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly again...my last stay we found hair all over the bathroom, hair was in the bathtub and on the floor.

I had a fantastic experience at The Villas at Hatteras Landing! The location is perfect—near the beach, marina, and local attractions, which made it easy to enjoy the natural beauty and activities of Hatteras Island. The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. I loved the comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchen, which allowed me to cook my own meals. The clean serene atmosphere made it an ideal spot for relaxation, whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family. I would highly recommend The Villas at Hatteras Landing by Kees Vacations for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway on the Outer Banks.

Very nice villa,great location. I have one/two complaints. We originally arrived here early but unable to check in till 4 ....so we decided to visit ocacroke this day instead.i had very much been wanting to watch guardians/Yankees playoff game at 8pm...so we rushed our visit at ocacroke to be able to get back in time for game....only to find that while they have 2 TVs in villa,neither has any sort of cable .. Only able to get 3 sketchy local channels on one of the tvs...nothing on other.i texted the managing company hoping they had a tip or I was doing something wrong...no response.so I just went to sleep very disappointed.then woke up in am to do some things on my tablet to find out while they have wifi ,it wasn't working...so if you don't care about TV or wifi,then this is an awesome place to stay.i highly recommend you get here right at 4 and check things out before the office closes at 5 because you won't be able to reach anyone .

Check out time is 10:00 a.m. which I think is odd. It should be 11:00 a.m. The air conditioner was extremely noisy whenever the compressor would kick on. There really wasn't any sign of any staff available for any issues or problems to address. There is no breakfast served at this location which I think is also odd since there are no places to get breakfast in the morning.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Our unit had one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchen, and a small living room area with a sleeper sofa. The unit was updated and very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there was a space saver microwave/oven mounted over a 2 burner stove top for cooking. There were 3 barstools to eat at counter. There was a tv in living room area and one in the bedroom. There was a small balcony overlooking the marsh area leading to the sound. The view was very nice. The villas are connected by a walkway to the shops at Hatteras Landing where there are a few shops and a couple places to eat. There are several dining options in the area and a small grocery store nearby. The beach is close within walking distance but we only utilized the drive on beach areas. There was a very large clean pool with plenty of chairs and some tables. We weren’t sure if it would still be open but it was and we utilized it one of the days we were there. There is a laundry area on each of the 2 levels along with an ice machine. Kees Vacations did a great job with communication about our upcoming stay, check in, what to bring for the unit and the checkout procedure. You are given a start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and a dish sponge etc. The unit has a key code to enter which was convenient since we arrived after office hours. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Our apartment was super cute and cozy. I would stay here again! The housekeeping did leave the wrong size sheets for us to make our bed and we realized it too late to get the right size and the keurig didnt work otherwise perfect weekend getaway

Clean large rooms! Had the essential cookware. Had to go to front desk to get shampoo body wash and hand soap. They were out of blankets for fold out bed Other than that it was nice would stay there again

The property itself was apparently being updated with new siding. The interior of our unit had a rancid mildew smell upon entering. We surmised that the odor was coming from the carpet which was damp. I don’t know why except that there must have been some kind of leak. I brought it to the attention of management. The office attendant first said there was nothing he could do. We called a company phone number to report it and after that he called back to sau he could move us to another motel with 2 double beds. We had paid for a condo with baking bed and a kitchen. We spent 4 days. No one bothered to try to rectify the situation. I would not recommend this unit or property.

I've stayed at this property before and loved it...this time not so much. My room wasn't as nice, I'll explain. The bathroom tub had to much rust around the top base, needed corcking, the shower curtain smelled sour, you can smell it during your entire shower time. The sheets did not fit the bed, they kept coming off of the mattress, which was do annoying throughout the night.

This property was very clean an and has a nice pool. The staff was exceptional. My battery died on my car and the grounds keeper and another guest were quick to assist me. Thank you ! . I would definitely recommend staying here.

The area floods as expected of an island. Many of the dining options open at 5pm and close around 9, 10, or 11pm. This area is typical of what one will expect of a touristy beach town except it is more quiet than expected.

Good location to explore Hatteras, however room is in need of repairs. Ripped carpet, rusty tub and bad odour that kept us up. Nice view and people were reaponsive for contactless check in.
