Freddy was very courteous and always smiling and helpful. Room was very spacious and the location is great for people visiting Disney World. One area that the hotel could improve upon is breakfast selection and coffee ( very very basic ).

The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable .The shower curtain did not stay closed, so water got all over the floor. Otherwise a great stay

Staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options and the ladies keeping it well stocked and clean were doing so with a smile and were so nice. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The staff had our AC off so the room was a good temperature since it was freezing outside. Bathroom was well equipped and clean- even offering a makeup towel to clean your face. Overall a great stay and will happily stay here next visit to Orlando.
