Hotel has double charged our credit cards. We traveled 14 hours for a graduation. At checkin we were informed that they charged card on file, I asked for this to be reversed, this not what the reservation was setup for, Pay at Hotel was the agreement. Response: “That’s hard to do, I need help for that, our password needs to be changed, we will do it tomorrow”
It’s 5 days later, we are now disputing the Double Charge on two different Credit Cards.
We will not be using the Hotels App in this manner again, it’s not reliable.
