When I arrived at the red line, it was nothing like the pictures on your website. When we walked into the lobby in the front desk, the smell inside was terrible. The gallo at the front desk seemed confused about my reservation.And we all decided we wanted to stay somewhere else because it just did not feel like a clean hotel. When I told the gal at the front desk, we were going to stay somewhere else She just handed me back my I.D and my debit card and did not explain to me that we were going to be charged for the rooms anyway. Nobody, I was with wanted to stay there, because the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I am requesting a refund for the rooms for the one night that I was charged to my debit card.
