The room was clean and the price was good. They changed the rate for a late checkout to a higher price at the last minute, but I'm honestly just happy that they have that option available so I'm not going to complain too much about it. Although, it's nice to be told upfront. Everyone's polite and the room was a good size.

Although it was in a rough neighborhood the Ramada had security procedures. My room was small but so clean and quiet! I will definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Ramada Hotel by Wyndham, was great. Our was well kept cleaned. Staff are nice and pleasant . Breakfast was good. Parking was Free. It was an easy access to all the places we went to visit and it’s 11-14 mins to the airport!

It was a little dingy. The guy who checked us in was nice. The other staff were dismissive. Our room was supposed to have coffee...it didn't. The lights in the bathroom were awful and the room smelled weird.

They’re running a homeless shelter on the second floor. I asked the manager about it after the first night and he said they weren’t. On the second morning I asked an employee where the ice machine was. They told me the second floor. As soon as I got up there it had a weird vibe and some people were mulling about in the hallway. Before I got far a woman asked what I was doing up there and I said I was getting ice. She said “it’s not a good time to be up here”. I reiterated that I was just getting ice and she stated, “this is a temporarily homeless shelter and it’s not a good time to be on the floor” then asked me to leave. I’m glad that people have shelter but I don’t want pay $130 a night to stay there. On top of all that, it just wasn’t a nice place or in a nice area. The place is kind of a dump. All of the staff were kind though. Except for the manager who lied about the situation.
