Keyko was professional curtious, and extremely helpful with eating options and arranged a very early private transfer to the airport. My family would highly recommend Casa Pacifico Napoli.

I would suggest that the arrival instructions should be more specific as the entrance is very difficult to find (only a very small (inches) name plate to a multi occupancy building.

This luxury BnB was really great and super convenient for our quick overnight stay in Naples. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even ordered us a taxi for our very early morning to get to the airport. The BnB is located very centrally as well and was walkable to many bars and restaurants.

Lovely hotel
Hotel was lovely and room waa great for a family with young children. Only a 10 min walk away from the main station and a 5 min walk into the vibrant old town. Woke in the morning to the sounds of church bells.

It’s little tricky to locate the hotel because there’s no sign found until you reach in front of the building exactly. Make sure you notify arrival time for the staff before check in, otherwise nobody will respond when press the building intercom. Other than that, everything else was outstanding especially my room view which was facing the beautiful church. Location was convenient to attractions or restaurants.

Great spot!
We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the church from the balcony. We sadly didn’t take the advice of the host and parked in the street near the hotel which caused our car to be towed. Daniele and Enrico were helpful and gave us a list of recommendations too. I highly recommend staying here

Great place. Easy to walk to pedestrian area of old town. Beautiful view of church out my window. Very romantic. The only issue was that check-in directions through locked front wooden door and then how to access elevator were not clear but staff responded very quickly and were always really helpful and friendly.

Beware of booking airport taxi with the reception. Luxury transport was offered for 25 euros, it didn't turn up and we had to get an Uber

The hotel overbooks and doesn't care. We arrived at the reception and were told that the hotel was full, despite our reservation. The staff refused to help us and the owner was very rude. Basically, they told us to fend for ourselves and go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room and location were good. Check in was awful. Waited over an hour for arranged pre-paid
pick-up at airport. Finally took cab. No one at location. No instructions how to get in. After 2 guys showed up who did not seem to know what to do,spoke little english(but really nice and very funny) ,there never was anyone at the desk.

The rooms were clean and updated but the coffee maker and air conditioning had issues working.
The owner/operators were never around, you have to text through What’s app to ask questions etc.
There was no help getting luggage to room, no one to greet you at the front of building and customer service was terrible.
The owner also threatened to call the police because I refused to send my passport information through what’s app. He was too busy to come to the hotel to do a proper registration.
It was a horrible experience.
I asked for a taxi when I checked out and the owner gave me the taxi number to call myself.
Luckily I knew a little Italian!
I will never stay there again.

The entire building is covered in scaffolding as they are renovating an old building. The hotel is on the 4th floor and they should have signage to help find it. Even our taxi driver had issues figuring it out. We had to take an exterior service elevator to get to the 4th floor... it was tiny with bi-fold and a funny experience. The entry to the building is not nice and there are cars parked inside the entryway and it is kind of dirty. However, once you get to the hotel level, everything is brand new and very nice and modern. We had a small balcony overlooking an old cathedral and the shower was very nice with a full vertical sprayer and rainbow lights. Funny! I loved the full length mirror in the room and the small bistro table. There is a fully stocked mini fridge with low priced items for convenience. The staff was very kind and attentive. We had an early flight so they brought us some breakfast items the night before so we did not miss out. The area around the hotel is not great, but we walked to find restaurants and shopping...and gelato! I'm sure once the exterior construction is complete it will be even better.
