My room on the 19th floor-Excellent location & view, quiet, safe,comfortable. WiFi inconsistent! Once shown how to use door safety lock combination, it worked. Had to learn to use 2 remote control To operate TV. . Easy walking to many sites, markets, restaurants & Light Rail Train. Excellent support from staff when asked for what was lacking-more towels (given 2 towels per bed for the week, needed to pay if wanted more, no automatic replacement of clean towels or bed linen),safety floor pad for the washroom, t-towel for kitchen, bar of soap. As an apartment needed more basic provisions. Appreciated little fridge,microwave & plug in kettle-instant coffee & tea, utensils, dishes & pots-but no stove-only upon request. Managed without. No table/chair for eating. In far corner of room, small counter & high chair, which I thought was computer area with no light fixture or electrical outlet. Comfy couch, shelves & hangers.
Upon arrival ILS155.0 was requested for cleaning-this was confusing. My room upon arrival could have been cleaner-floors sweep, surfaces cleaned. I needed to request and pay for cleaning services during my week stay. Which I did not. When needed swept the floor with the little broom provided under the sink. Had to get rid of my garbage myself by bringing it up to the office on the 21st floor. The few glitches need to be worked out for a possible 10/10. Nevertheless would recommend the apartment, knowing it is not a hotel. Good luck!
