The hotel was opened in the 90s and hasn’t been updated since. The facade is under construction and there is no bar and no dining facilities. Room was big and clean.

The hotel and the room were fine. The small sofa was convenient, but there was no table to use. Shower was very nice.

Staff really nice, room size big. The hotel feels like it's being left to fall apart as it's going through a sale. Restaurant is closed, carpet and furnishings old, air conditioning has to be turned off as it makes a loud ringing noise, windows are dirty. Good location but stay away if you want anything more then just a place to rest your head

Staff is so polite and helpful. The Hotel is in a very nice location 2 blocks away from Times Square. The room was pretty clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom’s are clean and with many amenities. Loved it

The best things about this hotel are the location and the staff. The staff across the hotel is incredibly kind and welcoming - kudos to them for making your guests comfortable. The midtown location is perfect for getting to major landmarks and theaters and still is quiet in the evenings. The hotel itself missed the mark for a couple big reasons: it was really disappointing that the restaurant/bar were closed without prior notice to the guests and the rooms were a total miss - the concrete/metal decor made it feel more like a jail cell than a comfortable room. The shower also ran throughout the night for no reason which was annoying to hear.

The staff was very nice and helpful, they even upgraded our room upon check in. The hotel is pretty clean, however it could use a little updating, as the decor in the rooms were dated and the carpets/couch were stained. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was in a convenient location and the price wasn't too bad for the location.

Room and bathroom were large and spacious unlike New York cities hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived shortly after 1pm, room was ready so we were able to check in early with no additional cost. Very clean and quiet. Rate was good also

The staff were amazing and so helpful if you’re looking for restaurants or stores. Great suggestions for sight seeing too! If the bar/lounge area was up and running this place would be a knock out!

This was my fourth or fifth visit. I love the soaker tub which is my main request when I book. The room itself, is mostly terrific, clean and spacious. The only thing I don't like in the suite is the television/media system which is cumbersome. The staff is lovely, particularly the very obliging front desk people, Marcos and Stefano. I hope to visit again.
