It's a falling apart hotel, without expected amenities, not clear to me how it still has a star rating above 1. Regret not reading enough reviews before booking. We didn't have water from 11pm - 5:30am one of the nights, I found out at 11am so I tried to checkout and move hotels, they refused to refund me and let us leave. They were quite rude, there's a lot of staff at the front desk and otherwise it's a weird deserted hotel without any services. Really my most regrettable stay in Paris. Many better options in the same price range. Strongly advise you do a little research before booking this disaster, the photos they share are not reflective of its current state. No conditioner, lotions, or basics in bathrooms. No services, no charm.. Horrible
