The area is not the most pretty. It is not unsafe, but there are many trash containers that smell really bad, and the entrance to the hotel is in the middle of a passage way that is barely signaled.
The rooms are in the first floor, but you can only reach them through stairs. No elevator available. We didn't mind this, but it should be clearly indicated when booking the rooms. The rooms are very nice, good space, and a balcony/terrace very useful to sit in the night.
Very friendly staff. Breakfast with limited options (e.g., no scrambled eggs?)
