Second time staying here, I really like it. The room was quiet and had everything I needed, I contacted the hotel via a message on the hotels.com app to ask for some extra hangers which were there waiting for me. A major draw of this hotel for me is the breakfast buffet which has a wide variety to choose from. The surrounding area I really like too, lost of interesting restaurants especiallt by the railway track.

We always stay at the Blossom, the staff is amazing and makes your stay comfortable. Close to station and few restaurants. Only thing is, the rooms don't seem to be as clean compared to many stays before. Not sure when the hotel will do any updates on the carpet and walls.

This hotel was really nice! Great stay in Hibiya near Ginza and super convenient to the Shimbashi station and the Tokyo marathon course which is what I was there for. The staff was so kind and helpful, they even assisted me with luggage forwarding. Breakfast had a lot of variety of western and Asian cuisine and it qas delicious. Over Incredible stay!

This was my third time staying at the Blossom Hibiya. The location is probably my favorite in all of Tokyo--close to Ginza, 20 minutes subway ride from Shibuya, near tons of subway stations, great food, etc. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the rooms, though a tad small (large for Tokyo standards), are always clean and comfortable. The views are incredible and the breakfast buffet is a solid option.

Hotel is located very conveniently to JR station. Some rooms have a view of Tokyo Tower. Room is nice but there is no drawers to store clothes. I have to leave my clothes in my suitecase during my entire stay of 4 nights. I needed body lotion, but this hotel does not have body lotion. When I asked, they gave me face cream. Breakfast is not that good. Coffee was not good, either. Need improvement.
