C'è margine di miglioramento

L'hotel ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori. Bello e attrezzato, ma un po' lasciato andare. Abbiamo apprezzzato molto la piscina e le camere, spaziose e piulite. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare sia sulle quantità/varietà che sul servizio, alcune volte si dimenticano di esporre parte della colazione, ad esempio non ci era chiaro se e quando fossero disponibili gli yogurt. Ottima la posizione per visitare la foresta di Allegheny!

Hotel economico ma in condizioni pessime. Struttura molto vecchia, moquette poco pulita, camera piena di polvere. Piscina chiusa, ascensore mal funzionante. Colazione molto poco appetibile.

Run down and badly needs cleaning

Breakfast was advertised but none provided, rusty red water horrible I wouldn’t drink it,shower curtains stained elevators smelled horrible due to filthy carpet they didn’t work properly either! No outside lights parking lot filthy the chairs in garden section deplorable all those balcony had layers of dust… sign on wall said ice and vending machine.. walked whole way down there to find nothing there…Other than that I didn’t see any bugs and shower was hot

Maybe next time

The room was okay. We had a bathroom that was for a handicap that we didn’t ask for. There was no place for a toothbrush and charger. The sink was not sturdy and partially off the wall. The card reader didn’t work 90% of the time. It was just a little frustrating.

Avoid Room 410

We didn't know it was being remodeled. Web did not indicate the following: no breakfast; pool had no heat (with a sign saying do NOT complain about it) ... this could have been said differently ... (We apologize, etc.) The elevators were a major issue. No open/hold, no lights, no inspection sticker. Patio doors were filthy. No cups in the room. No facial tissues. AC intake grill was filthy (needs swiped on occasion). Luggage cart carpet was filthy! Bathroom light kept flickering. At 2nd bed, pole lamp was not workiing. No phone in the room (unable to contact guest services unless taking a walk). Floors were dirty. Exiting the elevator on 4th floor was like entering a sauna. No Micro or Coffee Pot ... as we were leaving the door across the aisle was open and we noticed that room had a micro and coffee pot. POSITIVES: Bed seemed okay. Room was nice and cool when we entered! I apologize for sharing all this, I rarely complain, however this room was the worst of my entire lifetime (age 72) Room 410

COULD have been a nice stay...IT WASN'T

Key was tricky to get it to work. I asked another guest and he said "Good Luck, We switched rooms 3 times." Dead bolt on main door AND to adjoining room wouldn't shut. The shower had NO WATER, NONE!!!! I would have switched rooms but at check-in she said they were totally full. There was supposed to be breakfast but sign at check-in said No Breakfast. There was NO remote for the TV and I looked everywhere. I was only there 1 night and would have complained at checkout but the desk was empty in the morning.

Hotel did not have what hotels.com said it has

What hotels.com said was not what the property offered . Booking had breakfast included - but the property only had coffee. hotels.com advertised a pool but - there were no pool towels and a water warning for the pool. So essentially another misrepresentation. Key cards don’t work and during my 8 hour stay- i had to go thrice to the reception to have them re- programmed and they still did not work .

It was terrible we will not be back. The outside of the hotel was dirty and not kept up with. Inside is dirty in all aspects. No towels, no breakfast. The elevator kept getting stuck. The hallways were filthy. So much dust on the furniture in the rooms. The tub wouldn’t hold water. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work

Strange beyond belief

I arrived very late to check in to find a young lady working. She was FaceTiming with someone that was cussing and telling her that family members needed to get their lives together. At first I thought the talking was a show she was watching but then she began talking to the person. The directions on how to get to the room were very sketchy so we ended up going through the first floor door that had a scan thing on it but it did not work and the door latch also did not work as you could just pull it open. There were rooms wide open in the process of being fixed and construction items everywhere. We got to the elevator and discovered only 1 partially worked. Make sure you push the floor button when you get in a couple times and once you reach the floor as the door does not open unless you push the floor button again. The room was nice the bed was comfortable but once you walk out of your room oh boy!! The 2nd floor had just as much “stuff” in the halls as the 1st floor. The sauna was out of order, pool heater was broken and no breakfast, coffee, tea or juice was served but they had a nook that looked like it use to have it there but the staff was too lazy to do it either day we stayed. On the 2nd morning I went to get fresh towels and wash clothes (7am) only to be told they had not yet done laundry for the day so no clean towels. The desk clerk was able to find 2 clean wash clothes and 2 pool towels after another employee mentioned to her they had the pool towels.

Horrible hotel

This Days Inn is what I was not expecting when I booked. I got there right at check in time, the booking said there was breakfast available so not true, the kitchen was shut down. I was okay no big deal. Then I got further into the hotel which is getting completely remodeled, they had flooring in places, wires were exposed and some off the hotel doors to go in the room were lefted open. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I was going to be there for only two days. Then I got back from visiting places, noticed my room had flying insects all tound, I cleaned up as much as I could. Went to bed but gotten woken up from a fight in our hall way someone got shoved into my door fighting and speaking very loud and throwing racial slurs around. This went on for about an hour. Also the back doors are not locked anyone from the streets can run in a sleep in any one of the rooms that are open. This is not okay. This is not safe for anyone of their guests. I have been trying to get in touch with the hotel manger but seems to be always busy. This hotel needs to be looked at with a professional inspection.

What until renovations are completed

Hotel is under renovations, at least that's what we were told. Both the restaurant and lounge/bar are closed. There was no continental breakfast as was advertised. Bed frame was broken, no microwave or coffee maker in room although advertised. Towels were almost non existent, we were given 2 for 3 people. Any bought trash bags to empty trash cans. Spiders and bugs in room and throughout the hallways. One elevator does not have the COO or Emergency info like required. The only good thing is the staff was friendly. There is a reason why I was not asked at check out "how was your stay".

Got in late, checkin went smoothly. Room comfortable. Breakfased was promised, but they laughed and said, no we dont offer breakfast. When I asked for a discount, they laughed again. We went to McDonalds. So Somebody owes me $14 for breakfast

Because of the holiday weekend, there were limited hotel options in Warren. I really wish I had read the reviews before I booked. When we pulled up to the hotel, it literally looked abandoned. Checked in and was told that they have no breakfast, the restaurant and bar are closed indefinitely, and the pool is open but the heater is broken so the water is 70 degrees. On the way to our room on the 3rd floor, the elevator smelled of pot, the light fixtures in the hallway were falling off and we noticed several doors no longer had key card readers…they were gone and you could see straight into the rooms. Room had terribly outdated furniture, but appeared to be pretty clean. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area, and when we checked in there were empty beer cans on the balcony from the previous guest. I was at the front desk 4 times in 2 days getting room keys reprogrammed because they stopped working. Also the external doors to the hotel are open all night, they never lock. Not sure why anyone would want to come into this hotel, but it’s definitely not secure. Looks like they’re attempting to remodel, but in the meantime, this place is a mess. The pictures online are clearly from at least 10 years ago, definitely not recent!

Dont expect the amenities to be true...no breakfast, no pool, no restaurant, mountain view non existing. Doing major renovation of former conference center

Avoid this place

Yeah,yeah “we’re under renovation “. This may be the worst hotel that I’ve stayed in. We stayed for two nights and the first room that we had, the card reader wouldn’t read the room card. After screwing around for ten minutes, we finally opened the door but not before realizing that you have to lift up, not push down on the broken handle. The room next door suddenly put their tv on and it sounded like they were in our room. This “newly renovated “ room had a gap between the wall and ceiling so it made it like they were with us. Changed room and had to run water for 10-15 minutes to get hot. No ice buckets in room,elevator sketchy with more foreign dna on the carpet than a bordello. No pool, no restaurant , bar or breakfast that was and still is advertised on Hotels.com app. Found a bed bug and a spider the body size of a quarter the morning that we were leaving. No exterior lights in the parking lot making it pretty dark. Ice machine was on 2nd floor which you had to walk past mattress’s and other stuff in the hall. All the “reno “ rooms had their doors open and I was waiting for someone to jump out of one of the rooms. Stench of weed in the halls as well as cigarette smoke. All in all, we should have paid the extra few bucks and stayed elsewhere. Now I’m at the laundromat was my clothes as I don’t want to risk having any hitchhikers coming in my home.

Needs a refurb

The hotel is undergoing a refrub project so the pool and breakfast were not available. The elevators need an update. The room was nothing fancy but was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The worker at the front desk was personable and nice.
