MENYA-BLUES is one of Fujinomiya’s most highly rated ramen restaurants. The star of the menu is the shirosoba (white noodles), a local take on ramen that features several local ingredients: chicken raised in Fujinomiya, a broth made with fish stock from Numazu, and medium-fine straight noodles specially made at Fujinomiya's long-established noodle mill.

Numazu Uogashizushi Nagarezushi Fujinomiya is a branch of a sushi restaurant chain operating mainly in Shizuoka Prefecture. With bidding rights at the Numazu fish market, it serves a full menu of generous, reasonably-priced items from Suruga Bay, brought in fresh from auction each morning.

Many of the items on the menu are exclusive to the Fujinomiya branch, making it a great choice for locals and tourists alike.
