Visiting Vihara Dharma Giri

Vihara Dharma Giri was built on 3 levels, with each offering a different set of features. The main attraction is the magnificent sleeping Buddha that’s located on the second level. The temple is open to the public and entrance is free. Even so, you’re expected to make a donation when you enter.

A temple custodian will provide you with some guidance and hints on proper conduct within the temple grounds. This includes acceptable attire – no shorts and you should be covered from the waist down. Sarongs are offered for those who don’t bring their own.
