I recently stayed at this hotel and found several areas that need improvement. Firstly, there is no direct elevator access from the car park to the lobby, requiring guests to use stairs to reach the first elevator. When leaving, I had to use the service elevator to carry my luggage.
Upon arrival, I was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available, despite my reservation. I waited in the lobby for an hour, during which the staff failed to update me about room availability—I had to check every 20 minutes.
The breakfast staff was helpful and friendly, but some food items, like olives and walnuts, were expired, raising concerns about quality.
Sleep was challenging due to non-blackout curtains and external ambient lighting that changed colors every 30 seconds. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the view was decent.
Overall, while there were some positives, the experience was marred by operational and quality issues.
