We stayed at the Excellence el Carmen Resort for 8 days and I can assure you that it was the best vacation (by far) we have ever done. I have had the privilege of being able to compare between several resorts, but this one in particular, was very special.
Let's start with the fact that when we travel we look for 3 major pillars of essential comfort, which means that if one is lacking the whole experience loses value.
These are:
- The ambiance (spaces/decor/rooms).
- The food
- And the service
The first two points, I must say, have been "Excellent" (be ready to hear this expression often by the Team), as the rooms were spacious, clean and very well kept. The food selection varied and was incredibly fresh, from breakfast to dinner.
What I want to highlight, however, is the level of service. I want the other guests who wish to stay in the hotel to know that this will become their second home.
