I stayed at the hotel from 8th to 12th January 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
• Cleanliness Issues: On the second day, I discovered bed bugs in my room, which was extremely distressing. I had to kill three bugs and even found one on a towel. Although the reception staff moved me to a new room, this should not have occurred in the first place.
• In the new room, I encountered further cleanliness problems. Towels had lipstick stains, smelled unpleasant, and were not promptly replaced by housekeeping despite my request.
• WiFi Problems: Throughout my stay, the WiFi was unreliable. I had to visit reception four times before they provided a new voucher on the last day and a half, which finally worked.
• Compensation: Given these significant inconveniences, I expected more than a single day of complimentary breakfast as compensation. It felt inadequate given the multiple issues I faced.
While the first day of my stay was fine and the reception staff made some efforts to address my concerns, the overall experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends or family. Solo travelers might find it tolerable if they are not too particular about cleanliness and service quality.
