Solo trip
The room was exactly as showed in the pictures: small but cozy and very clean. The area where the hotel is located was just ok; restaurant, pharmacy, cafes etc are ten minutes walking and the area seems safe.
Checking in was pretty easy has they send you a code by message how allow you to have the swipe to enter in the building and then in your room. And check out is equally easy ad right at the left of the thing how give you the keys you'll find a box where to return the keys on the check out day.
The only thing I did NOT like was the receptions. Unfortunately it was just via phone call, no one was physically at the reception. To be honest I think someone should ALWAYS be at the reception, even if not for the whole day but someone needs to stay at the desk.
