I booked my room for oct 12-17 online through Afterpay, reservation was made and payment billed, i drive 5 and half hours and get there and guy working the desk said i didnt have a reservation nor was any made under my name period. 1030pm or so, i go ok and book a room for the 2nd time and he charges me $400 ballpark fee which was lesser than the cost i paid online, so far there was 2 payments of $118.69 billed out of my bank account, and 2 more equaling the same price left on both which totals $474.76 for a room that was booked but apparently your computer didnt have the reservation that costs me an additional full cost out of pocket to book the 2nd room that was so disgusting inside there was no way id be fine amongst the army of roaches i encountered everywhere the second i turned the light on which i exited just as fast to get away from whatever wet dog smell by the closet that was real strong enough to take over the whole rooms atmosphere... can someone in upper management or whoever is in charge of situations unvolving settling refunds please respond or contact me and help me solve my problem this hotel caused me not on purpose but somehow its gone unnoticed without anyone knowing it happened since i wasnt contacted like i wouldve if they did... my number is 570 328 6642, Mon-Fri i work 7am-530pm, but ill be waiting to hear even during work time, usually it would matter but ill make sure im available to try to settle this for good... thank you and enjoy your Saturday!
