I really wanted to like this hotel as it's in a great position, near public transport, restaurants, shopping, etc. The lobby made a good impression and the staff were welcoming .... But the room was terrible. It was a small room with sloping ceilings on 2 sides so my 6 foot husband could only walk in the very centre. The bed was a queen but because of the sloping ceiling one person had to climb over the other to get in or out as you couldn't walk around it. There was no night table, plug, lamp or light switch on the far side of the bed either so nowhere to put a glass of water, no way of reading a book or charging the phone next to you. The TV was not watchable from the bed as it was lined up on the same wall. I'm sorry but this room is completely unsuitable for 2 people. It was also very tired looking and badly need of refurbishment. Very disappointing.
