“This is in a beautiful location! High up in the hills. The hotel is lovely.
We arrived and waited for an hour or so. It seemsd abandoned and the telephone number was out of order. So we decided to leave and walk down the hill to find another hotel.
So lucky for us we asked a man if he had a tuktuk and it turned out he worked at the hotel sometimes so took us back.
Indika was incredile. He looked after us from start to finish. Made sure our rooms were kovely and clean. Brought us refreshments....

“We had a standard room. They were small...dirty...no windows. The photo on expedia or in their site are false. You have a window on an aisle nothing more. The manager did not help us. He only said:" you had a standard room" . So when it is standard can be dirty; with bad smell. Never again”

“This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. The food was excellent with good choices for both breakfast and dinner. I would truly recommend this bungalow if you are ever going to Kandy.
