“Air conditioner did not work. I requested some cold ice water to beat the heat in the room. It never came. Also requested help with luggage to my room. Did not happen. Finally called to owner of the place. Only after his call my room was switched to a working Air Conditioner. After few hours in the room felt sick. Got to my destination really sick. ”

I tried to contact the directly to phone number provided on booking confirmation but the phone number was not active. I contacted the OYO reservation customer service and got phone number for the hotel, but all the numbers were inactive. this is the scam they are doing to tourist in mahipalpur area.”

No dining area. So, unnecessary room service charge(maybe).
Only two dishes came when I ordered four, after 1.5 hours. So had to return and cancel it.
No apology or any offers for compensation.
No toilet paper. Had informed them about it at the reception p2p and still didn’t get it.
The blanket was also dirty. Informed them and got no response.
Went out to eat after that. No any good...

“The property is certainly not the property listed on your web site......Hotel Delhi Airport have "stolen" the photo of a lovely looking hotel 4 buildings along from them ...called Heritage Hotel....l liked the look of the architecture from the photo on your website, which was one of the reasons why l chose the hotel. Their hotel is a rundown mess.
When l return to Delhi in 2 weeks time l will take a photo on my phone and send it to you. This is my first and probably my last time using...
