“An amazing venue with "good bones"- well decorated, but showing a bit of a need for some loving care, which Ive know doubt is forthcoming. A bit of sagging ceiling tile, a few broken tiles, etc.- nothing functionality wrong, but cosmetically below expectations.
Rusks, tea and coffee are provided, along with full cream milk for the cerals provided for their "free breakfast", but no dining room or restaurant facilities on site... nothing to complain about given the price and amenities, but...

The receptionist made arrangements for us to have cereals for breakfast in the room since we were to leave before breakfast time. The room was nicely spacious with a lounge!!! I loved to be close to the shopping mall. for comfort also 2 chairs would do so that we dont eat sitting on the bed to avoid soiling the linen.”

Great rooms with DSTV, fridge and aircon. Safe parking and a great breakfast in the morning. Well done to Management and staff for keeping a high standard. “We were greeted warmly by our host. Lots of secure parking, lovely garden and pool. Comfortable room, very clean but maybe a little dated. WiFi was good. Even with load shedding a very nice breakfast was served. The staff were so nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“We were offered a very sedluded and beautiful self help facility with its own attractive garden and a lockable gate for that matter. What more could we have asked for. We enjoyed the comfort and privacy of it all.”

“Wow, what an outstanding little gem this lodge was. Traveled to the Eastern Cape with family and stopped over for an evening here. The gentleman who helped us does the night shift alone and what amazing service he gave. The rooms were spotless, well ventilated and stocked. Great service, beautiful rooms and perfectly located. 10/10 would visit again. ”

“A great location when visiting the University. Convenient and allows for focused work within your room.
The breakfast is not included. I had the breakfast on day 1 but chose not to do this again as I do not believe it is value for money. That said, the rest of my stay was good and the coffee available was excellent, especially for early morning hour working!”
