"We booked this pension to stay in Tongyoung with grandparents. It was reasonable for 8 people as there are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Cleanness is average and the upstairs rooms need updates. "

"Liked how the property was conveniently located to the area I wanted to visit. after parking , I didn't even need to move my car until the day I left. I was a little frustrated that my navigation took me the scenic route a few times to find the exact pension. Through my booking I was not able to locate a number to call to get directions. A delivery driver from another business pointed me to the pension. I was a little upset there wasn't a number to call for help. After arriving there was clearly a number located on the side of the building which I had to call to gain access to the pension."

"1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "

"Good location and and walking distance for port, tranditional market, park and downtown. Parking space is not good. But you may use a next building space for free as of March, 2025. Cleaning room, a narrow hallway, and flexible ckeck out because of just drop off room-key inside elevator. Free Breakfast with a basic food like milk, yogurt, bannar, boiled eggs, white bread and etc."

"Astonishing views all around the resort. Being close to the ferry terminal was a plus for us. The only problem was that the room temperature was way too hot, and there was no thermostat in the room. I was able to adjust the heating by calling reception, but apparently, the adjustment only lasted for one day."
