• Gunung Dua Saudara • In English it is literallly translated as Two brother/sister mountain. I know it sounds ridiculous! People name this mountain Dua Saudara because there are two mountains next to each other. Not far from these mountains there is Mount Klabat, the highest mountain in Minahasa Peninsula of North Sulawesi. It attracts volunteers from around the world to help locals protect and study these unique animals, such as documenting, providing medicines, campaigns and taking care of these unique animals. Accommodation is very basic if you decided to stay in this area. But there are several nice cottages along Lembeh Straits, where is near from Tangkoko nature and wildlife reserve. What to do?
