"Al llegar, la reserva no estaba realizada, pese a que se canceló con tarjeta nos tocó pagar en efectivo nuevamente. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la aplicación y al llegar a restaurante nos indicaron que debíamos pagar el desayuno. Pésima organización de parte del gerente o propietario. Al final del día nos dijeron que ese no era el establecimiento que reservamos, que justo tenia su nombre, su foto y su ubicación pero que no eran ellos. Nada recomendable, ni por el bajo costo."

"Very clean but very basic. There is only soap for toiletries and no hair dryer. Water is for sale and you have to get towels from reception. However, the room is clean and well-maintained and very close to the airport. It’s a great value. "

"Everything about the Rincon was wonderful. Rooms. Spacious, clean. Restaurant by the pool had excellent casual fare. Did not get a chance e to try the more formal dining. Staff were courteous and very helpful. I left a shirt there and they kept if for me to pick up 5 days later. The hotel it self is absolutely stunning in architecture. Various rooms and areas to sit. Very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend. "

"Sandmelis Hotel is a good value hotel. It is clean, has a great staff, and serves a great breakfast. It’s not fancy, but has all you need for a comfortable stay. Security is good. It is about an 8 minute walk to the new metro which will take you to the middle of the Historic center. One suggestion would be to add rubber mats in the bathrooms as the tile is very slippery and dangerous when wet. "
