HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature! The hotel is brand new and clean, the spa is incredible, and breakfast was great. The location is very convenient - right in the Old Quarter and walking distance to many attractions. The best part about our stay was the incredible team! We loved everyone at the hotel. Thomas and his team made us feel like family for the duration of our stay, helped with recommendations and ensured our time was unforgettable. We cannot wait to be back! THANK YOU!"
"Soho bar on 12th floor has great views of the city, Maili was a friendly face who greeted us daily with a smile and helped to arrange our trips and make sure we were on the right bus each morning. The rooms were clean, not too noisy but choose carefully as with a neighbour view room we were in the middle of the hotel but could still hear traffic in the mornings! Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at times, location is very close to train street and walkable to night market and lake and lots of shopping. Good value for money hotel"
"My daughter and I arrived at 730 am from an overnight flight from Australia, the staff were +++ accomadating, They offered us showers and food, also the staff organised the all the tours (somewhat cheaper than other places) whilst we stayed there. The room were +++ clean and the breakfast was +++ tasty and plentlyful. Very central location to the whole of the french region in Hanoi, would totally recommend staying there again.

"It's a great place to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter. 1 block away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The first thing you will notice when you come in is the smell of jasmine. The front desk people are very friendly and professional. You will be offered a fresh juice drink and cookies while you are checking in. Breakfast is always good. Lots of variety and you can also order from a small breakfast menu. The staff goes around asking how things are. They are all very friendly and sweet. They even remembered that it was my wife's birthday and had a cake and wine in the room when we came back at the end of the day. All in all, this hotel is very highly rated. Thank you Oriental Jade Hotel and see you next time."
"We stayed in a basement room without a window. The room was very well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The sky bar was excellent with a lovely view of the lake at night. "
"Our stay at Solaria was excellent! I want to highlight specifically the very high level of service. From our initial check-in, we felt very welcome and were given great advice and useful intention to start our trip to Hanoi and Vietnam. Each colleague we interacted with, and especially the front desk, were extremely helpful and kind. They helped us with getting an early check-in, booking a massage, and as well, preparing a food bag for our long train trip. They remembered details about us (e.g. that one of us was vegetarian), which was really impressive.
The room was perfect for us, clean and spacious, and offered a nice place to relax and sleep.
Breakfast was also a highlight. It’s a mix of ‘à la carte’ and a buffet. Everything we tried was delicious and it’s a shame we were only there one night.
The location of the hotel is also great as it’s central and close to many things (Old Quarter).
We would definitely look to stay again if the hotel is available when visiting Hanoi again. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
Thank you again for the wonderful stay!"
