We did not receive any service for our room during our stay. I even asked a cleaning lady in the hall outside of our room and she was uncertain about who was responsible for servicing our room. So we just had all the towels in a pile on the floor, and we never got new linens. Also, the valet was hit and miss. Sometimes they were available immediately for dropping off/picking up our car. Other times we had 10, 15, 20 minute waits. The wait was extremely annoying after getting in late at 10pm after a long day in the city. We stood there 20 minutes waiting for a valet. The man working in the lobby finally walked up and asked twice if we were checking in to which I replied twice, “no, we are already checked in, we’re trying to drop off our car to valet.” He apologized and took our keys. I’ve never dealt with inconsistent valet service anywhere else. Other than the spotty valet service and our room not being serviced at all, everything else was fine with our stay. If those two things could be corrected, I’d definitely consider staying here again.
