It was not elaborate or high-end, but clean and very comfortable. They had thought of all of a guest's basic needs, including laundry facilities, laundry detergent, and iron/ironing board. Kudos to the excellent staff! I enjoyed it.

Nice home. Great location. I met the staff and they were great. The only issue was the bed. It was a King bed made up of two Twin beds. No problem there but the left twin was very uncomfortable and the right twin was perfect. I would stay there again, but would have to make certain that the bed was comfortable. Very, very clean and neat. Sharing the bathroom was not an issue. There was a full kitchen where you could cook a full meal if desired.

Great for the price

Once I got in, it was pretty good. You need to tap the dead bolt to make numbers appear on a keypad, but in the dark, I could not tell that there was a keypad & had to call the managers in the middle of the night. Even knowing there was a keypad & I would tap it to get the keypad to light up, it was extremely difficult to see the numbers & I had to guess which number I was pressing... The kitchen furnishings were pretty sparse when it came to pots, pans, utensils, no salt or pepper.... but all in all, it was a nice house. The TV worked through the internet, but there were not instructions (maybe they would have shown up if I had turned the TV on though)

Text received too late

I didn't receive the text from the manager until after we had attempted to access our accommodations at the property. I received the text at 5:40 PM after we discovered we were locked out at 4 PM. My cell service caused the delay. It would have been better if the text was sent to me the previous day to allow for this delay. Therefore, we made other arrangements and did not stay at this property. As a result, of this circumstance, I formally request a refund. Thank you.

Not what I expected

Said sound proof rooms. The lie detector test determined that was a lie. My room was right by the road and front door. Heard everyone coming in and out and every car drive by this busy road. Got quiet around midnight and cars started driving past around 4 am.

When we arrived we had no idea how to get into the building. There was another client awaiting an entry code who sent a text to the owner with our information. Later we received a text with an access code. The site Hotels.com had NO information on the address of the building, how or who to contact for help. Very frustrating!

Scary experience, can't recommend

The description said “Bathroom 3.“ In reality 1 bathroom shared by 3 bedrooms. On the 3rd night as we went to bed around 11ish, someone kept loudly opening and closing their door, turning on and off the hallway light within seconds multiple times throughout the night. We were uneasy since the doorlock isn't secure and no lockbolt. We were awakened by a loud sound like a fist forcefully punching a door at 1:40a.m. Then we heard a man's loud scream of anger or frustration coming from across the hallway. At that point we wanted to get out, but didn't feel safe leaving the room. We could only pray for our safety. Around 4:30 we heard someone kept tapping a table or wood surface downstairs. These were extremely unusual behaviors to experience as a staying customer. It was scary to say the least. We have never experienced something like this. Ever. He seems to be a permanent resident in Room 1, but can't be sure. We have no way of knowing. The door to the room have signs that someone had tried to enter with a credit card or some other means. My husband tested it with a credit card. It was opend immediately. Positive thing was that everything was clean.
