1. No face towels in the room. Had to ask for.
2. Dirty pillow case (blood mark)
3. After room change, new room was dusty, no shower gel and shampoo in the room (and we found a dead mosquito below the luggage rack).
4. Missing shampoo from the hotel for 4 days out of 6 (they said the hotel ran out). And the shower gel was always just 1 tiny bottle (and we were 2 pax).
5. No laundry price list (it took the reception team 2 days to get me the price for some underwear).
7. No info about snorkeling (after 2 days of chasing, we simply booked outside the hotel).
8. Very extremely poor english (except for a couple of staff members, everything must be repeated at least 3 times before being understood... if you lucky).
9. The cleaning of the room is a joke (there was a stain of blood on the floor since we stepped in on the 1st day, I guess it is still there... and don’t get me started with the mirror and glasses in the toilet and shower: do they ever clean them?!)
10. If I may suggest you one thing guys: you are very good at greeting guests and smile but do not aver forget what is the most important in the customer service... the FOLLOW-UP!
If a guest places a complaint, you must be sure by getting back to the guest that everything is great afterwards. It is a shame that we changed room after the 1st night (my gf did not like the room on the basement) and you gave us a room without checking if everything was ok... dead mosquito, dust, come on you guys, seriously?!?!?!
