Excellent host in a beautiful town
We really enjoyed our stay here.Tge host Simona is excellent.Very friendly welcome and lots of good advice about buses etc.The property is very well situated for the town amenities.We had an apartment with its own kitchen,fridge etc for drinks and breakfast food which was very useful.

Perfect!!!!
Conveniently located close to the centre and the parking (if driving). Our room had also a kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Only cons is that there is no elevator (our room was at second floor). It was not a problem for us but very important for people with walking difficulties. Highly recommended.

Perfect for short or longer trips!
We stayed in San Gimignano for a week and this was a perfect place to stay in. We shared kitchen, lounge and a small balcony with other guests and that was perfect. We loved our room, so beautiful decorated. Every morning the church bells woke us up at 6.30 am. 😊

The host is amazing and very easy to talk with. She made sure everything was perfect. You should know this place is on top floor so there are 2-3 flights of stairs. It is worth it.
Food and shopping near by. She is available anytime for questions. We stayed 3 nights and we would return! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!

È stato veramente un piacere soggiornare presso Palazzo Mari.
Le zone comuni dell'appartamento sono ben arredate e pulite, così come la camera personale.
La nostra host ed i suoi genitori sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, fornendoci utili informazioni su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e parcheggiare.
Posizione ottima (dentro il centro storico) sia per visitare la città che per la vicinanza con il parcheggio P3.

Espaço perfeito para sua estadia
Tudo perfeito. Quarto super limpinho, lençóis cheirosos. Localização perfeita, bem pertinho do estacionamento P3. Ao lado da rua principal da cidade. A anfitriã respondeu todas as dúvidas e enviou todas as orientações para fazermos o self check in. O espaço tinha uma sala e cozinha compartilhada então pudemos usar pratos, saca rolhas, geladeira, microondas. Foi tudo perfeito, super recomendo.

Hidden gem
Wonderful inexpensive place to stay within the walls of San Gimignano. Be aware of two flights of stairs to reach the hotel.Simona, the innkeeper, was wonderful and available if needed. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for access to parking lot and central San Gimignano!

Even a 10/10 isn't enough to describe the location, the cleanliness, the beautiful spaceous room overlooking the church, and mostly the positive energy and amazing welcoming and help of Simona! From start to finish, she showed us main attraction, she had coffee pods ready for our mornings, she answered WhatsApps right away. Honestly as gorgeous as San Gimignano is, the experience was made even better at Palazzo Mari! MUCH recommended 😍
