This is not a hotel!
Look at the photos (unfortunately I can only attach 8) —I’ll let them speak for themselves.
The pictures shown on the website are completely misleading I would say its afraud!
I spend over 70 nights a year in hotels, both for work and leisure. I’m a Gold Member on Hotels.com and Top Level in another hotel chain. This is, without question, the worst experience I have ever had in 20 years!
Stay here if you enjoy dirty environments, mold in the bathroom, and sagging mattresses. You’ll also get the added bonus of listening to street conversations two floors below, thanks to the poor soundproofing windows.
I originally planned to stay here for five nights but checked out after just one. Despite this, both the "hotel" and Hotels.com/Expedia refuse to refund the €1,500 I paid—even though Hotels.com/Expedia admit that the photos do not match reality.
The owner is not available and refuses to speak on the phone, all contact must be made in writing.
There is a lot to say but nothing positive, but a funny thing was that the hotel we changed to had previously received guests who had left this place the same as we did.
