As expected, the hotel is super basic ( which is totally fine) and I would stay again. But what isn’t acceptable, is the reception staff attitude. Super unfriendly, slightly rude very unkind. For that reason, I will never comeback to it. It’s way better and cheaper and Ito rent an apartment nearby rather than pay more for people that’s is clearly not happy in what they are doing.

Ótima localização, perto da Paulista, ao lado do metrô e perto da Smart Fit. Espaço e café comum de Ibis, nada de especial. A limpeza do quarto deixou bastante a desejar. No primeiro quarto havia um cotonete no chão e, no segundo, resto de lanche na geladeira. Eles pedem para fazer o check-in on-line para agilizar, mas, quando chegamos, tivemos que fazer tudo de novo.

O valor da diária está acima de outros hotéis da mesma rede que oferecem uma estrutura muito mais completa. Este quarto não possui cofre nem frigobar. O ar-condicionado aparenta estar sujo, e o banheiro é mal planejado, com o vaso sanitário em um espaço separado da pia e do chuveiro. Além disso, a programação da TV deixa a desejar: dos 50 canais disponíveis, praticamente 48 são religiosos. Outro ponto negativo é o preço da água, custando R$ 12, o que considero exagerado. Outro detalhe importante é a ausência de cofre no quarto. Hoje cedo, ao sair, acabei esquecendo meu relógio, um Bulova. Felizmente percebi rapidamente e consegui voltar antes da limpeza do quarto para pegá-lo. Entendo que reservei o quarto em cima da hora, mas, sinceramente, não me hospedaria novamente. As cobertas e a cama não foram agradáveis, e a falta de frigobar faz muita diferença. No geral, a experiência não me agradou.

À noite o restaurante abre para o público em geral para consumo de burger mas o exaustor não dá conta e o cheiro de fritura no saguão fica desagradável. Café da manhã muito bom. A localização é excelente, estratégica para deslocamentos a pé pelos Jardins ou de metrô para qualquer lugar. A pessoa precisa saber que os apartamentos são bem pequenos,é a proposta do hotel para que o custo-beneficio seja tão bom
