When we arrive at the settings, we found out that the room assigned to us was given to another guess and therefore we were assigned to one that did not meet what we had reserved. Rodrigo, the property manager, called us to explain what had happen. He was so embarrassed and offered us a full refund. Since it was late at night, we expressed to him that there was no need to do so and to just find us a room in which our three kids, my wife and I would be able to fit and rest well. He was extremely kind and was doing his best to accommodate us. Even though he was not able to find us another room, he went above and beyond and was having frequent dialogues with us and wanted to compensate us for the trouble we had faced. The fact that he was communicating with us frequently, made us feel so comfortable that we would NOT hesitate to book this property once again. He ended up refunding us half but he did not need to. We were truly grateful for all his attentions. The room we stayed was truly beautiful and extremely clean. Thank you Rodrigo for being such an amazing host.
