The room itself is ok - a bit small but it is equipped ok, with the kitchen fitted out and a new bathroom. There were some issues like hair on the lightstand, but the main problem was a truly awful mattress - it's so bad you can actually feel each individual spring inside it, and it left us with a bad back each morning. The biggest problem, however, is the atrocious customer service. When you send a message on this website to organise your check-in as they ask there's no reply. Then they start bombarding you with messages and asking you to jump through hoops, and do this and do that - it's the most disorganised check-in I've ever seen. Worse than that, they don't even bother to welcome you, and are incredibly rude if you expect anything like customer service. It seems MyPlace have a few apartments in Padua, but after our experience last weekend I definitely can not recommend them, a terrible experience with them.
