TRY HARDER!! This place ignores their guests.
The lack of service was disappointing. I asked for a couple of extra pillows on two separate occasions and was ignored completely. Housekeeping only came one time during our three night stay. The breakfast was nothing to speak about and the coffee was so watered down that it was undrinkable, and barely hot. Whoever is managing this place should be embarrassed. We will surely never return to this place in the future.

A good stay but could have been better!
Overall, our stay was a good one but could have been better. Some things in the room were a bit dirty. The hot tub was the reason we picked this location but the water seemed murky and smelled like sulphur. It made us get out and leave the pool area.

Great stay for Zion
Clean, spacious, good hot tub and pool, full breakfast, good well lit parking. Really just right for a few days hiking in Zion (though it's not right at the entrance it was FAR better priced than closer options, and the drive to the south entrance and to Kolob Canyon were really easy.

The woman at the front counter, when we checked in, was not pleasant. Wrong person for up front. Guests should not be the first to speak and the only one saying thank you. No ‘glad your here’ or ‘enjoy your stay’. Breakfast items should be labeled, ie Turkey sausage or beef gravy
