The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciated that my room was ready before check-in since I arrived early in the morning. The room was clean, well-organized, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the coffee and the items in the fridge. Even though I only stayed for two nights, I truly enjoyed my time. Couldn't ask for a better location. Right across the road from the royal palace and a metro station just round the corner. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very happy with my stay here and if I was to return to Madrid for another holiday I would be more than happy to stay here again.
