This was my second stay at Áurea Museum Hotel and my fourth experience with Eurostars Hotel Company, and once again everything was excellent.
A special thank you to Miss Sara and Mr. David for their outstanding service. Miss Sara, in particular, made this stay truly exceptional. She handled my check-in in a very professional and warm manner, took care of everything smoothly, and followed up several times during my stay to ensure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference.
Mr. David was also very kind and helpful throughout my visit.
I truly appreciate the hospitality and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Looking forward to staying again.

Good location. The room is clean and spacious with very good sound proof, very comfortable mattress and big bed for two. Breakfast is ok, staff are very polite and friendly. The only thing to bear in mind is that you may need to wait for sometime to have the room if you arrive at the hotel before 3pm. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
