Revolutionary Technology (iPad)..Very Small Room!!
The technology aspect in terms of controlling some of the room amenities via the iPad is revolutionary. With that said, the room was barely big enough for me and my partner (including luggages). The sink being located outside of the bathroom was also very peculiar. Good and helpful customer service however..!!

Miami to Paris 10 days
Miami to Paris, the description of the bed is not good, all rooms have the bed against the wall, this means only one way out, your partner will have to climb over you to get to the bathroom. I would not have booked this knowing this, lucky they had a few handicap room with a normal bed. I would change the hard pillows for goose down type, for a better sleep. Moving on the front desk is good service, the media area is clean and new, the hotel is clean, one thing get 5 stars is the breakfast and service. Overall the hotel is professional people visiting, and the location is ok but out of the tourist zone.

What can I say. I stayed at a Citizen in London and wow! This place is great, staff was all smiles, friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the room very clean and quiet, nice restaurant, too! Train station 3 min walk, restaurants, stores, the river and just easily accessible to just about anywhere.

I booked for two nights and left Toronto Canada to fly to Paris and stay 2 nights. I wasn't aware that I lost the first day in the air travelling so once I landed and realised I went to the hotel to use the 2nd night as my first. Got ripped off $110euro for taxi only to find out that because I was a no show for the first night they cancelled both nights and re-let the room to another person. So I'm standing in Paris, no accommodation and 2nights paid in full and non refundable apparently as well as exuberant taxi fair! Over $650 euros out of pocket and for what??? No call or email or anything!!! I will NEVER USE THIS HOTEL CHAIN AGAIN OR EXPEDIA!!! ALL THEY WANT IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO SOLUTIONS TO ANY PROBLEMS!!

Extremely friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A very modern theme from the lobby to the lifts to the rooms. The room itself was nicely sized. A little bit odd with the layout of shower and toilet but it worked fine and was all very clean. The staff was always quick to help or answer questions.
