5 stars for everything......if theres a group of 3 rooms needed then youve basically got the whole apartment to yoyrself the only down sidw was an unexpected tax that had to be paid at the checkin

Great accommodation and stay from start to finish. Communication was good and everywhere you might want to visit is very handy to get to. We didn’t use the free breakfast offered next door so can’t comment on that but it’s very handy if you decide to do so. Everything you might need in the room is provided and we specially loved having the terrace.
The only thing we would have liked heads up on is the tax we had to pay on arrival. It was double on what it says here but that could be something to do with where you’re coming from or something else just double check with the host so that you’re prepared.
All in all we’re definitely recommending this accommodation for a great hassle free stay in Rome

A localização é boa. No entanto, alguns pontos precisam de atenção: 1) a varanda nao possui rede de proteção, entao quem tem filhos pequenos precisa ficar atento pois é perigoso. 2) o elevador é extremamente pequeno e apertado. 3) Fomos cobrados indevidamente pelo proprietário quanto a taxa de turista (paga por diária) para nosso filho, que tem 8 anos. O regulamento prevê que esta cobrança seja apenas a partir dos 10 anos de idade. Inclusive tive a cautela de confirma esta informação no próprio serviço ao cliente da hoteis.com

The property is located just around the corner from the Vatican. This is an advantage when looking to visit the Vatican City early in the morning. It’s also a 45 minute walk to the Colosseum, passing some great sites along the way.
The appartment was exactly what we needed. A double bedroom, washroom with shower and a balcony. The appartment was cleaned daily and was very comfortable to sleep in. It is very well decorated and the furniture is looked after very well. You can tell Antonio (owner) takes pride in all of his appartments.
Antonio greeted us by helping us with our bags into the room. Antonio showed us the operation of all the equipment in the room. The room also include WiFi which was really fast and had no issue streaming local tv on a tablet. Antonio was available 24/7 if we required assistance and showed us some top sites on a map to help us complete as much as possible during our stay. Antonio also was kind enough to look after our bags and extended our check out time on our last day because our flight was until 6:30pm.
Thank you Antonio and I would definitely recommend your appartments to anyone looking to visit Rome!

Poor Customer satisfaction in mind for this stay
Officially booked the wrong dates and the owner Antonio was unwilling to book us the correct dates, nor refund any kind of fee(Cleaning) nor tried in any way to accommodate us. Customer service/satisfaction does not seem to be a priority for him. So be careful to make no mistakes because the owner will simply be inflexible and charge you whatever he can.

Cute guest house in a great area
We loved staying here! Antonio and his wife were very helpful with checking us in and telling us how to get to certain tourist spots. The location is great, very close to Vatican City and all of the other main tourist sites were walkable from there. There is a small elevator in the building which is good to know. We walked up to the fifth floor with our bags to check in without knowing that. Antonio was very responsive to phone calls which was also very helpful. Very cute room, and the bed was so comfortable!

The best place In Rome PERFECT
My stay was just wonderful! The location is a stones throw from the Vatican and surrounded by beautiful places to eat!
The room was immaculate - clean fresh and spacious with a beautiful balcony! It was perfect for my solo travel trip and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There was even a coffee machine in the room that brews fresh delicious coffee to help me wake up! Stefania and Antonio went above and beyond to ensure my trip was as relaxing and fun as possible! I can’t recommend this guest house enough!
