The room was clean, although very dated. No phone in the room, so be sure to ask for front desk number so you can call on your cellphone for questions. I was there four days, and no one came to clean room. Staff came by on 2nd evening asking if we needed anything. You will need to request clean towels, wash cloths, toilet tissue, soap, and coffee. There is no elevator access to the rooms, and if you reserve "beach access," you will be on first floor with two flights of steps to walk down to get to your room. Luggage will have to be carried to your room by hand if you're on the first floor. There is a ramp from the parking lot to 2nd floor to roll your luggage. I was told at checkout when I noted how difficult it was to walk down two flights of stairs woth luggage I would need to reserve a room on 3rd floor which is the same level of parking lot, but you will still have to walk down two flights of steps to get to the beach. Beautiful ocean. I didn't go to the pool; it had a bar area. They also make public parking available which fills up quickly during the evening hours. I'm assuming because of area restaurant dining nearby.

We enjoyed our stay.but I feel like the website pictures was very different from actual property. The staff really didn't know much when asked questions of where to get towels etc.The Tiki bar was fun an food was great. . The pool was great and we enjoyed the view we had of the beach. Overall it was good

The room was cleaned but not very well. The shower was moldy along with the shower curtain and there was hair left behind in the shower. There was stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The plumbing was horrible toilets not flushing well and sink drained slow as well as the shower. had to have maintenance come by to fix it, and that didn’t really do anything. They had plumbers there our whole stay sawing pipes at 7am super loud, on the last night at 5am the fire alarm sounded for about an hour. Our room did have a few bugs like roaches or palmetto bugs. The hotel is right next to a night club that had super loud music going until 2am every night. Watching teens fight off our balcony almost every night. The only thing that was good was the beach access and the balcony view of the ocean. I took video of the sawing of pipes by plumbers but not sure how to post yet. You stay at a cheap place and get what you pay for. Check in was a nice lady, had to go back to the office because they left us no towels only wash clothes the next lady I dealt with was no smiles and kinda rude when I had to ask for towels.

Outdated and bugs big enough to carry a toddler away. Would not recommend. Front desk clerk kept saying this wasn’t her property that she was just helping out. Was lied about a $100 card hold for incidentals instead it was $120 card hold. Left within a few hours of check in.

Pool side seating was comfy but wasnt cleaned daily, our room was 217 and it was pool side and smelled like mild dew the first 2 days the water was out most of the day. We didnt have wash clothes, we didnt have forks or spoons in our room until the 2nd night, the toilet wasnt bolted to the floor had to complain and they sent maintenance in 2nd night to fix. Sheets kept coming off so i called front desk on third day and requested they be changed and they tolde that even if they was changed they would do the same because the dryer has shrunk them. They came and was supposed to have changed them but didnt because they was sand in the bed they took the top cover off and put on 3 top sheets as cover. We was there 6 days and had 4 people and only 2 rolls toilet paper and ran out. There was also big water looking bugs in the room i kept killing i was told there was nothing they could do. We will NEVER go back to this PLACE EVER again its horrible place. Its a nice location and could be a nice place if whoever runs and manages the place took pride in it and took better care of it. The pool was NEVER cleaned and didnt even smell like it had chlorine in it at all. And the outside place where towels go for the pool never had any towels in it the whole time we was there. The outside lounge chairs was never cleaned. However, the tiki bar is amazing!!

It is like a glorified motel 6 on the water. Do not stay here!! Yes, it has a balcony you can sit on and see the water but you can’t sit there peacefully without smelling marijuana the entire time! Springhill Suites is next door and is more expensive but look like Taj Mahal compared to this hotel. The pictures online are AI, so don’t fall for it like I did!

Check in was horrible, showed up at 1:30 they said nicely check in is at 4:00, ok I’ll come back at 4, I come back at 4, and they tell me room is still not ready and I say it’s 4, she says rudely check in starts at 4 but that doesn’t guarantee your room is ready, ok I’ll wait, then the guy receptionist gets in a scream match with another customer because his room wasn’t ready! Finally get a room, the hotel itself is ran down, the room itself was just ok but had a bad odor, all the beach wash down water was not working. The positive was the beach is amazing. And walking distance to several restaurants, I think for 300 dollars a night you can do much better. Will absolutely not stay here again!

Pool was clean and pretty. No towels wash cloths or shampoo and conditioner. Staff promptly gave us towels and wash cloths after going to desk and they were brand new. People were loud and you could hear them through the walls.

Hotel was built in 66 so it’s as to be expected. First 2 days we had water issues and no one told us about the shut off. Said they sent out some app prior to check in that I had to use for updates - never knew of it. Walkouts are convenient but be prepared to walk up and down steps anytime you wanna come and go. If you have mobility issues this is not the hotel for you. I did like the fact that beach in the area was not crowded. Overall it served its purpose, it’s a ok budget hotel if you’re looking for a place to lay your head without all the extras.

The hotel is old and so are the rooms. Bathroom Tub/shower was filled with mold we didn’t step foot in it the whole time. Doesn’t seem clean at all, housekeeping? I had to request multiple times, location on beach was phenomenal though

Great view, great location. Everything else horrible. Hotels.com states the price had fees included. They charged me $42 for fees. Rude daytime staff. No hot water for the first two days. Tub drain clogged with hair I had to remove. No washcloths. Had to request toilet paper and towels. No smoking property but ever time we sat of the balcony the guy below us was smoking pot. Spend the extra money and get a decent hotel.
