We really like the location, it’s near the beach, but then we found out that beach has a lot of jellyfish, so we cannot swim in the ocean there. We were there with 2 little kids, two and four years old, we had to walk to the office to check in then bring all of our stuff to the cabin ourselves, we ask if she can help but the lady was not able to offer any help. On the last day, we are about to leave, but there was a typhoon, so we were caught at the ferry terminal without a rental car, we decided to extend our stay for one night, and ask if they can help us from the ferry terminal to the hotel, once again she cannot offer any help. Also she was not able to provide a proof of stay for the last night for go to travel campaign, she said it’s because we book directly with them and not on the website. I feel they could’ve offered a little bit more service for the price we pay for the cabin.
