Absolute Gem - Nicest 4 Star on the Strip

Superb hotel. The grounds are extensive, lots to discover. Other hotels have a pool, and that's it. Lots of grassy areas, highly attentive all-inclusive beach bar crew. Several pools and outdoor jacuzzi, The food is particularly high quality.

Great place to stay for groups, couples and lone Travelers. As a 4 star it’s bang on the money for that rating. Food and drink is not perfect but still good for the money. Main reason I say this it is a bit limited in the main restaurant, but if you just go with the flow you will have no issues. Staff are very polite and helpful. They only thing I would say is that there are two types of all Inclusive. One seems to have to option on reserving sun beds by the pool. Done so by a ticket left on the back. This did create some confusion as it was not explained at check in how it works and a few time we saw people sit on reserved bed and then have that awkward confrontation. If you are the standard all inclusive you have no choice but to get up at 7am and guard a bed till around 9am. I’m not sure how it works exactly but it seems the bed tickets are done by the hotel before even 7am. Apart from that it’s a great place to stay and being adults only is perfect, no screaming kids jumping in the pool.

A bumpy start but overall a very relaxing stay

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our all inclusive stay. We arrived just after nine in the evening and were met with a glass of sparkling wine. Having already checked in on line we were shown to the restaurant as evening service was about to finish. Our original room was on the first floor, 109 which was very disappointing. The room was small, tired, it was directly above the disco, it had two link doors to other rooms which were paper thin. The room overlooked a car park, the air con did not work and the bed was so uncomfortable. I requested a move to an alternative room which was on a higher floor, or ideally an upgrade to a sea view room, which I was prepared to pay extra for. As the hotel was at virtual capacity I was asked to stay in the allotted room until the morning, my request was recorded in a book and I was asked to return to reception at 9am to see what could be done, once guests had checked out. After very little sleep and a tense ten minute wait, we were offered a premium partial sea view room on the fifth floor at an additional agreed cost. What a contrast! The room was large, extremely comfortable and made our stay so much more enjoyable. The food and drink in the hotel was good especially the speciality restaurants whose food was of a very good quality and highly recommended. The staff especially on the main bar and in the main restaurant were welcoming and efficient. I would recommend the hotel, but pay that bit extra for a premium or executive room.

Very average. Pros: - Incredibly helpful staff - Smooth check in process - Great spa - Theo from the bar was a hero! - Club/bar area is nice, same playlist every night though. Cons: - Very basic & cramped rooms (and was stayed in the "premium rooms" on the top floor) - Buffet food isn't great - Out of season most of the restaurants are closed - Overall the images do the rooms and facilities significant justice - Benefits of staying in the "premium" rooms don't warrant the cost Its probably not a location I would return to.

Great resort with attentive staff. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We received the VIP upgrade however the room was not clean. There was trace of hair on the sofa, under the bedsheet and the shower isn’t the cleanest. Regardless overall , we had a blast.

Very nice property, well maintained and adequately staffed. Unfortunately the taxi company the hotel uses is a bit of a scam, tried to charge us €80 for a trip which ended up costing us €20 in a bolt. But the hotel itself was grand.

Friendly welcoming warm reception and i was upgraded to a premium deluxe double room on the 5th floor with a sea view and king size bed. Due to being a VIP Gold member on here, also I had full buffet breakfast included in my booking the breakfast was fantastic as I had a choice of fresh meats and fresh fruits and cooked breakfast. Amazing Christmas getaway

Lovely hotel Good customer service Right on the beach Around 20-30 mins walk to harbour Only thing I would say bit more vegetarian options in hot food during dinner and lunch There is plenty of salads though
