THE BEST HOTEL IN IZMIR!!
Piano Hotel it was perfect, it’s a very nice, modern and clean hotel. The breakfast zone it’s amazing very carefully tended. There is a very rich fresh breakfast that makes your belly feel full until lunch!! Tea is delicious and sweet. The theme is “piano” so you see piano coffee small cups, piano key chain, piano stairs, piano frameworks, pianos everywhere... so so cute and artistic, good job!
It’s very easy to reach it from the Otogar and it’s 5 minutes walk to the city center; a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The area is super safe, the harbor is very close too.
Our room was very clean, warm and big for two people. Beds were super comfortable!!!!!
The guys at the reception were superb always kind, happy and smiling. You can tell they are happy to have you in their hotel and in my opinion this is the best feeling for a tourist!!
They were so gentle, they let us sleep in a superior room (instead of the economy the one we bought) because it was available without charging us any more money. They were super super super kind! Fortunately they all speak good English so it’s very easy communicate and ask informations. They gave us precious and useful advices and we were so grateful for that.
They made us feel like queens.
I’d recommend this hotel to everybody who is coming to Izmir!! GO THERE IT’S AMAZING.
It was sad leaving.
