During my recent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West, I encountered an experience that was different from my usual high standards for this property. Having stayed at this location 10-15 times this year, I’ve come to appreciate the hotel’s comfortable atmosphere, convenient location, and reliable service. However, this particular visit fell short in a few areas.
First, I noticed that there was no shampoo or shower gel provided in the room. While this might seem like a small detail, it’s an essential amenity for any hotel stay. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately, the issue was never addressed during my visit.
Additionally, the bathroom was not as clean as I’ve come to expect from this hotel. Cleanliness is usually one of this property’s strengths, so it was disappointing to find the bathroom in less-than-ideal condition.
It’s worth noting that this experience is not reflective of my usual stays at this Four Points location. Typically, the staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, and all amenities are readily available. Despite this isolated incident, I remain hopeful that it was an anomaly rather than a sign of declining standards.
I value consistency and excellent service, and I hope the Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West addresses these lapses to ensure that future stays are up to their usual standards.
