The first room smelled heavily of smoke. I had reserved a non-smoking room. Went to the front desk they did move us to another room. The room did not smell of smoke but was in worse condition. Lamp shades fall off, stains on the 1 chair. The Tv was static on every channel. The hotel was very run down and lacked updating and maintenence. The pictures online looked so much better than the hotel and we're very misleading.

The stay was terrible, so terrible we didn't stay for the days we paid for. Where shall I begin? We walked into the Non smoking room with it smelling like body odor, and stale cigarettes, went into the bathroom to use it after a 3 hour drive and the toilet almost tipped over when I sat on it, tried to wash my hands in the non draining sink to turn around and only have wash clothes to dry my hands, body if I were to take a shower, finally got past all that and turned the TV on and couldn't even see the picture. The site said there was a pool to enjoy, so we went to check them out, and none of the three were open, walked around some more and saw play things for the kids, which weren't available for them either. The man at the desk couldn't understand a lick of English, nor could we understand what he was saying. It was a horrible one night and is a shame we left before the time we paid for. Was going to see about a partial refund, but figured what was the point if we wouldn't understand what each other was saying. I would never book there again, nor will I ever recommend for anyone else.

Clean but a little dated. No room service or room cleaning or bedroom made during 3 night stay. Great location. Limited continental breakfast. Cereal and breads. Got fruit one day. Need to go earlier for fruit. Great restaurant next door.

Okay. Could use some upgrading. Sides of box spring on bed could be shampooed or replaced. Parking for back side of building we stayed in very inconvenient. Stayed only 1 night so it worked for that but would not stay extended period of time. Reasonable rate off season, but would not pay any more than we did.

Very dated and tired room. The chair included at the table in my room had finish nails sticking out and I almost ripped my pants standing up. The hairdryer was filthy and had someone's hair stuck in it. Room smelled like strong chemicals. The TV was showing fuzzy channels, like the connections were loose or something, couldn't even make out a clear picture.

The check-in was disorganized, and the individual was rude. We've stayed here multiple times and never had a problem. There was also an issue with the heat in the room when it was 80 degrees outside.

Great place to stay on a budget. I found it to be clean, comfortable. The staff were very accomodating. The rooms are very quiet. No bells and whistles but I was not expecting any this is a budget motel perfect for a decent night sleep. Id stay here again.

The motel is one that is old, smelly, the sprinkler system has paint on the heads. The quality of everything is poor at best. If you are desperate then maybe... otherwise get a better room. We were pressed for time and it was late. The staff barely speaks intelligible english so that's not easy either.

Upon arriving at Seabrook Inn, the first thing you notice isn’t a warm welcome, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, seeping into the hallways and rooms. The promise of a cozy stay vanishes as soon as you open the door to find a stained carpet, dusty furniture, and bed sheets with questionable marks. The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing cold and scalding hot. The overall lack of cleanliness makes guests rethink their stay before even unpacking. In the morning, any hope of a decent breakfast quickly fades. Stale bread, lukewarm coffee, and artificial juice are all that’s on offer. If you expect variety, you’ll be disappointed to find only a tray of dried-out cheese and dubious-looking ham. To top it all off, the noise insulation is practically nonexistent. Hallway chatter, slamming doors, and loud guests make getting a good night’s sleep impossible. At Seabrook Inn, the only thing guaranteed is the urge to leave as soon as possible.

Staff is rude and woke me up on two separate Days at 8:00 a.m.. bed was extremely lumpy and cleaning staff is quite loud very early in the morning. Next time I'll spend the extra $10 and stay somewhere nicer
