My daughter had freshmen orientation coming up and it was pretty early in the morning. With us living 2 hours away, we decided to book a hotel room on campus for the night before. I never have any issues with Hotels.com, and I usually don't have any issues with checking in at hotels...that is, until now. Whoever the young man with the top hat who checked us in was rude and extremely unprofessional. After a long day of working and momming, he made what should have been a quick and easy check-in, an aggrevating, awkward and unnecessarily long process. I was really looking forward to staying here when we came to visit my daughter but that interaction really put a bad taste in my mouth.
