Extremely Disappointed.
I checked in at about 9pm. I was surprised to find a toddler screaming at the door and playing with toys in the check in area. The woman who checked me in was in pajamas and did not have shoes on. I understand that she is a mother and has responsibilities but this was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional. When I came into my room, it had a dank smell of body odor or something of the like. The lampshade was broken and cracked, and the end table was also chipped. It looked like items found on the side of the road.
I overall did not get a sense that the room was clean. The TV remote had batteries that were taped together without proper closure. The fridge was buzzing incredibly loud. The heating system was only running on high and finally I had to turn it off making the room very cold (59 degrees) when I woke up. I am truly unhappy with the experience from beginning to end. I have stayed here twice before and this was not my experience. I would like to be refunded for this stay.
