This place was exceptional. We stayed here in April when arriving in Rome, and loved it so much we booked it again for our last night before leaving Italy. The property is nicely updated and well maintained, and the location couldn't be better. Not only is it around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, and walking distance from many sites, but there is conveniently a laundromat across the courtyard! We would stay here again.

This is an amazing boutique hotel 100 yards from the Trevi Fountain and convenient to great shopping and dining. The staff is professional and enthusiastic to help you make the most of your visit. We will definitely stay there again during our next visit to Rome.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were extremely nice and willing to help 24/7. The room was spacious and very clean, housekeeping would pretty much wait until you leave to clean the room regardless of the time, always spotless! I would highly recommend you to stay here, you won’t regret it!

Incomparable service from a staff that clearly loves what they do. We were early, and we were greeted with snacks, cold drinks and early check in. Our every need was accommodated, and upon check out, we were given a box breakfast to eat on our way to the airport. No place I have ever stayed, has been so welcoming. Highly recommend.

This hotel deserves all the high reviews it receives. Located smack in the middle of "everything", but remain that warm familiar feel. And it's quiet.
Rooms are large, more like small apartments. When we return to Rome, we will 100% return to Palazzo Scanderbeg

We visited for one night and were impressed by the very helpful and attentive staff. The hotel is tucked away on a little side street very close to the Trevi Fountain and within easy walking distance of other sites, like the Spanish steps, Pantheon, Roman Forum, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Lovely breakfast at the hotel and free drinks in the mini fridge in your room. The only thing I didn’t care for was the decor, which was clean and modern, but rather sterile feeling, and dark in our room and the entrance.

This hotel excels in personal service, from greeting you and conducting you to your room, to the lovely made to order breakfasts, and the always helpful front desk personnel.
We also had a welcoming bottle of Prosecco, plus fruit and a stocked little fridge. The room was immaculate and the bed super comfortable. The restaurant, Picollo Arancia, right next door was incredibly great. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Spanish steps, the Roman forum and of course the Trevi fountain. We loved the hotel, especially for its staff, and would happily stay there again.

To be honest I’ve never been to Italy, I live in America and the hotels are very different there. But this hotel in my perspective was amazing. The service itself is what made me happiest. They were so friendly and sweet and made my daughter so excited. Our room was very spacious, had big closet, big bathroom and small kitchen. It was so convenient to where we wanted to go, Trevi fountain and shopping. Thank you so much everyone at this hotel. I cannot wait to come back!

I cannot say enough great things about Palazzo Scanderbeg. But, I’ll try. First, the staff is incredible, warm, helpful. Francesca, Edouardo, Roberta and Jeannette made us feel welcome the minute we arrived. The rooms are impeccable- gorgeous, clean. The daily breakfast is fantastic! Jeannette & Adriana offer so many delicious choices and will make you anything you desire. I sprained my ankle on my 1st day there. They were so very kind caring and helpful. I really felt at home here. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Thanks so much, Francesca, Eduardo, Roberta and Jeannette. You are the best!!

This hotel, located literally 1 minute from the Trevi Fountain, but on a quiet side street, exceeded every expectation for our family. We are a party of 6 and we stayed in a room that slept 6. It was fabulously appointed- 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs, kitchen and dining table, fooseball table, balcony.... The fridge was restocked daily with complimentary snacks and drinks. Our kids positively loved this easy access to snacking. Breakfast was provided each morning, and was brought in and set up in the room for us. Eggs, pastries, cappuccino, freshly squeezed orange juice.... delightful!. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, helpful and accommodating. They arranged our to and from airport transfer. The location is a major plus. We walked all over Rome from here- to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and the Vatican. Our kids thought this was the best hotel we ever stayed at and for the reasons outlined I would tend to agree. Its small (11 rooms I believe) with a couple of larger suites like we had, but it is certainly full service. I feel it was good value for what we received- cost was about the same as what we paid for 2 basic rooms at the airport hotel at Heathrow a few days prior....
